The same issue on updated Mac appears to be happening upstream as well

tests/test_zmq_ppoll_fd and tests/test_zmq_poll_fd failures like with zeromq/libzmq/pull/4840

This migration doesn't do anything because libsodium pinning was applied to the same version in both conda-forge-pinning and the migrator, so the plain rerender in #88 already did this.
